Introduction.

When one of our leaders became sick, a man who is very important and precious to me, I was greatly troubled and concerned with his condition. I sought the face of the Lord for a direction and to know his will for me at that time. The answer came when the Holy Spirit inspired me to write this book about healing.

For many years, in my walk with God, I have seen many people healed in the name of Jesus or by Jesus. I know very well that when people come to believe that Jesus heals with a simple faith, as it happened in the NT, then they are healed.

I myself have been healed from stuttering and backache and I have seen people healed in our meetings all over the world.

When people are not healed people start looking for a worldly solution and search to see what doctors may say or they try herbal medicine or some other alternative medicine. Even preachers start looking for non scriptural books on healing but these are not books by Jesus. Sometimes these things work, but where is the glory for Jesus or where is the healing of Jesus? What has happened to the truth?

There was a time when I started using special foods or herbs and telling people what to eat and what not to eat. Then I started looking into the reasons for sickness and diseases because I could see that many believers in the church are not being healed at all.

Recently, I suffered pain in my knee, I prepared to go to the doctor to get his opinion on the reasons for the pain. The Lord spoke to me, asking “why do you put the doctor equal with me or put medicine above me as your healer? I left the doctor's surgery before seeing him. I repented before the Lord and I started looking again into the life of Jesus in the four gospels. As I searched his word I was healed from the pain, without the intervention of any doctor. The glory for the healing goes to Jesus.

In this book I want to share with you the truth about healing as revealed in the four Gospels hoping to renew your faith in Jesus again.
